SOLUTION: This initiator composition includes (a) a peroxide selected from the group consisting of peroxy esters, monoperoxy carbonates, dialkyl peroxides, diacyl peroxides, and peroxy ketals, and; (b) a diluent of the formula R10C (O) CH = CHC (O) OR2(where R1and R2are the same or different and are each selected from the group consisting of 1-20C alkyl, 5-10C cycloalkyl, and 7-11C aralkyl).
