TREATMENT METHOD OF CAR-LOADED TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a car loaded transformer capable of dissolving a specific problem to the car-loaded transformer filled with an insulation oil containing PCB and effectively removing PCB from the car-loaded transformer. SOLUTION: The removing method of removing PCB from PCB contaminated matter of the car-loaded transformer comprises a car-loaded transformer preheating step S10, an oil-removing/prewashing step S20, an exterior parts removing step S30, a cutting/interior parts removing step S40, a washing prior to crushing step S50, a crushing step S60 and a finish decontamination step S70. These serial treatment steps make it possible that PCB remained on an outer side of a transformer case is removed by vacuum heating treatment in the finish decontamination step S70 without solvent washing the outer side heavily contaminated. By these treatment steps, a facility trouble and the like such as tube clogging by mixing of contaminants to be treated with a solvent is prevented and PCB can be effectively removed from the car-loaded transformer with a long and complex shape.
