SOLUTION: A fixture tool 2 is welded and fixed to the support post 1, a fixing part 3 which can be fixed attachably and detachably to the fixture tool 2 is provided at the net winder A, and the fixing part 3 is fixed to the fixture tool 2 for fixing the net winder A to the support post 1.
