Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic loudspeaker which loudens sounds of sports comments etc. to an audience so that players etc. cannot hear during playing. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker comprises a plurality of sound sources 11, 21, 31, 41 for generating different sound signals, a plurality of modulators 12, 22, 32, 42 for modulating carriers in an ultrasonic frequency band to generate ultrasonic modulated signals showing ultrasonic waves causing sounds during propagating in air, based on the respective sound signals, and a plurality of radiators 15aq-15d, 25a-25d, 35a-35d, 45a-45d for generating their respective ultrasonic waves, based on the ultrasonic modulated signals.
