Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MoSi2nanocomposite coating layer of a new structure which is formed on surfaces of material requiring the high-temperature oxidation resistance, improves the isothermal oxidation resistance and repeated thermal cyclic oxidation resistance at high temperature, and low-temperature oxidation resistance, and also improves the high-temperature mechanical properties, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The MoSi2-SiC nanocomposite coating layer having a microstructure in which SiC particles are distributed in an equiaxed MoSi2grain boundary is constituted on a surface of refractory metals such as Mo, Nb, Ta, W and their alloys.
