SOLUTION: An image processing section 13 is functionally divided into three processing parts of a read processing part 131 dedicated to reading, a write processing part 132 dedicated to writing and a common image processing part 133 and configured independently, respectively. In the case of use for a copy function, the three processing parts of the read processing part 131, the write processing part 132 and the common image processing part 133 are combined and in the case of use for a scanner function, the read processing part 131 and the common processing part 133 are combined. In the case of use for a printer function, only the common processing part 133 is functioned.
