SURVEILLANCE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To survey a specific object such as a person in a wide range irrespective of day and night in relation to a background. SOLUTION: A thermal camera 82 which photographs an object image in a temperature range set beforehand as a thermal image, shifts its photographing direction within a photographing range successively, creates the thermal image of a panorama state composing the whole photographing range by mutually combining a plurality of thermal images photographed by the thermal camera 82, composes the created thermal image of the panorama state and a panorama image photographed by a camera unit 2 for visible light, and displays it.
