Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipator having several control modes that are adaptable to various kinds of electronic devices. SOLUTION: The heat dissipator 100 for cooling the electronic device 5000 includes a fan 102; a controller 104 which is connected to a fan and to the electronic device; and a sensor 106 which is connected to the controller and sends a first signal to the controller, when a change in temperature of the electronic device is detected, wherein the electronic device sends a second signal to the controller, and the controller changes a speed of the fan, according to either the first signal or the second signal.
