Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a noise reducing device which is constituted integrally with a structure by using a member of the structure can not be detached, fitting construction is troublesome, and that the construction cost is high. SOLUTION: This noise reduction panel is a noise reduction panel which reduces noise generated by vibration of a structure member of the structure, and this noise reduction panel has an internal surface panel type member which is arranged in contact with the surface of the structure member, an external surface panel which is opposed to the internal panel type member spaced apart in parallel, granular bodies which are stored in the storage space between the internal surface panel type member and external surface panel, and a plurality of fitting means of detachably fitting at least one of the internal panel type member and external surface panel to the structure.
