SLIP SENSE DETECTION SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously detect slip sense to be felt when the surface of a measuring object is traced, and pressure sense to be felt when pressed onto the measuring object continuously. SOLUTION: Sensor electrodes 4a, 4b for a pressure-sensitive element are arranged on a substrate 3 such as a flexible printed circuit board, and the pressure-sensitive element 1 and a piezoelectric element 2 being flexible are arranged with a laminated structure being opposed to the sensor electrodes 4a, 4b for the pressure-sensitive element, and a sensor S1 capable of simultaneously detecting the slip sense on the occasion of tracing the surface of the measuring object W and the pressure sense on the occasion of pressing onto the measuring object W continuously is realized. Moreover, the resolution of its pressure-sense detecting portion is raised by arranging a plurality of sensor electrodes for the pressure-sensitive element on the substrate 3.
