DRYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance drying efficiency by effectively utilizing steam supplied from a steam generating source 7 while cooling and carrying out after completing drying, in a drying system for drying a drying object material by a batch processing method by supplying the stream to a drier 5. SOLUTION: This drying system has a preliminary drying chamber 1 for performing preliminary drying processing before drying processing, and detects completion of drying of the drying object material by detecting the exhaust air temperature from the drier 5, and performs the preliminary drying processing of the drying object material to be dried in the next place, by supplying the steam supplied from the steam supply source 7 to the preliminary drying chamber 1 up to completion of carrying the drying object material from the drier 5 after detection.
