Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for stabilizing and preserving a reduced coenzyme Q10 useful as a nutrient functional food, a specific health food, etc., and to provide a method by which the reduced coenzyme Q10 is efficiently obtained in high quality according to a method suitable for industrial production. SOLUTION: A method for crystallizing the reduced coenzyme Q10 comprises crystallizing the reduced coenzyme Q10 in a solvent containing citric acids and/or ascorbic acids. The method for producing crystals of the reduced coenzyme Q10 comprises reducing an oxidized coenzyme Q10 with the ascorbic acids, converting the oxidized coenzyme Q10 into the reduced coenzyme Q10 and subsequently crystallizing the reduced coenzyme Q10 in the presence of the citric acids and/or ascorbic acids.
