Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the label of a non-foil base for a composite container having a metallic appearance similar to the label of a foil base suitable for use in an EM monitoring device within the container. SOLUTION: The composite container comprises an electromagnetic monitoring device such as EAS or RFID and an outer label without a metal foil layer and/or an inner liner. In one embodiment, the label includes a laminate of a paper layer and at least one polymer film layer, and further has a metal-ink or metal vapor-deposition coating arranged on the inward-facing face of the polymer film layer. The liner comprises the paper layer, a barrier coating film adhered to the inside of the paper layer and a sealant layer arranged on the side of the film opposite to the paper layer, forms the innermost face of the liner. The barrier coating film may include a metal coating film, an aluminum oxide coat film and a silicon oxide coating film or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
