COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication system to avoid crosstalk or disadvantage due to the crosstalk by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An apparatus side data communication device 1 is provided with a receiving/returning means 13 for receiving and returning specific information from and to a communication device 2, and a verifying/returning means 14 for receiving and transmitting a verification result from and to the communication device 2. A human body side data communication device 2 is provided with a communication verifying means 23 for transmitting specific information of its own to a communication device 1, receiving the specific information to be transmitted from the communication device 1, and verifying the transmitted and received specific information; and a communication confirming means 24 for transmitting a verification result verified and outputted from the means 23 to the communication device 1, or receiving the verification result. The communication device 1 judges the presence or absence of occurrence of the crosstalk by the means 14, and broadcasts a verification result to the inside of a system. The communication device 2 judges the presence or absence of occurrence of the crosstalk by the means 23, and further judges the presence or absence of the occurrence of the crosstalk by the means 24 if the crosstalk does not occur.
