TERMINAL INFORMATION ACQUISITION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal information acquisition system and method which accurately acquires information of apparatus and allows acquired terminal information to be accurately inputted and transmitted. SOLUTION: When an object terminal being an object of terminal information acquisition accesses a server device, an input page is displayed on a screen. Input fields are prepared, in the input page, for each item of terminal information. Meanwhile, a field name mapping file wherein item names of terminal information and input fields of the input page are associated with each other and a terminal information acquisition program are prepared in the server device, and the object terminal reads in the terminal information acquisition program from the server device in response to click of a terminal information automatic input button on the input page and refers to the field name mapping file to enter terminal information acquired from the object terminal itself into input fields in accordance with instructions of the program.
