DOUBLING PLATE INSTALLING AUXILIARY TOOL AND SHAPE STEEL MATERIAL CONNECTING METHOD USING THIS TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doubling plate installing auxiliary tool used when joining with bolts the respective webs of shape steel materials with their ends opposed to each other by sandwiching the respective webs with both doubling plates, by respectively extending the doubling plates across both surfaces of the webs. SOLUTION: This doubling plate installing auxiliary tool 1 is composed of an inserting body 11, a plate support 12 and a nut 13. The inserting body 11 is a cross-sectional-shaped bar body inserted into a bolt hole of the web of the shape steel material and a bolt hole of the doubling plate. The doubling plate support 12 is a cross-sectional-shaped block body inserted into the bolt hole of the web of the shape steel material and the bolt hole of the doubling plate. The doubling plate support 12 is journaled via a rotary shaft 111 arranged in both end parts of the inserting body 11.
