Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device of an in-wheel motor capable of reducing the size and the weight of the in-wheel motor and a parking brake device by reducing the length of a drive shaft in an in-wheel type driving mechanism. SOLUTION: The brake device of the in-wheel motor comprises a driving in-wheel motor 12 arranged inside of a wheel 11 of a vehicle, a main brake device 18 arranged between the wheel and the in-wheel motor, and a parking brake device 21 arranged on the side opposite to the wheel across the in-wheel motor.
