Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing corrugated plastic card board which can cut the plastic cardboard and seal an end part produced by the cutting irrespective of a processing shape simply in a common process and a method for processing the corrugated plastic cardboard. SOLUTION: The apparatus has an ultra sonic wave generation part generating prescribed ultrasonic waves, a horn propagating the generated ultrasonic waves to the corrugated plastic cardboard, a receiving jig for mounting the plastic cardboard to which the ultrasonic waves are propagated by the horn, and a blade shape part which is set on one end surface of the horn or the receiving jig, is shaped in an approximately equilateral triangle with a vertical cross section perpendicular to the end surface projected toward the other end surface, cuts the plastic cardboard in a prescribed shape, and seals the end surface produced by the cutting.
