Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for preventing or correcting hallux valgus without generating a knock-up feeling on a sole, and to provide a shoe sole and a midsole. SOLUTION: The insole 1 comprises a soft section 2 consisting of a foamed body; a hard section 3 consisting of elastomer which is harder than the soft section 2; and a protrusion along the inner vertical arch La of a plantar arch. The hard section 3 is positioned at: the outer part 31 of a calcaneocuboid joint J, which is positioned at the rear part of the fifth metatarsal base B5 in the insole 1 and also at the front part of the sole part Brb to be grounded in the calcaneal bone Br; and the inner part 32 of the calcaneal bone Br. The upper surface of the hard section 3 is gradually inclined upward in the inner part 32 of the calcaneal bone Br toward the inner part of a foot.
