ELECTRODE, METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME, SOLAR CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a tapered electrode and a method for manufacturing a solar cell using the method in a low-cost nozzle method. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the electrode, an electrode material is discharged from a nozzle and a linear electrode is drawn on a substrate. In that case, at least one of the discharge speed of the electrode material from the nozzle and the relative speed between the nozzle and a semiconductor substrate is changed. The method for manufacturing the solar cell includes a process for forming a main electrode on the substrate, and forming a grid electrode on the substrate so that it is electrically connected to the main electrode.
