Consequently, when compared with the case where the claw part 34 is directly bent on an inner side and locking is released from the peripheral fringe part of the mounting hole 36, size of an operation hole 22 for operating the operation piece 38 is reduced, and the operation hole 22 is made inconspicuous in its appearance to improve the appearance.
