PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of reducing the number of parts and having satisfactory appearance. SOLUTION: This clip is constituted in such a way that an operation piece 38 is extended from an inner face of a locking piece 32, the operation piece 38 turns centered on a basic part 32A of the locking piece 32 when pressing the operation piece 38 by a square pin 42 by converting pressing force for pressing the operation piece 38 to force for moving a claw part 34 in the direction in which locking is released from a peripheral fringe part of a mounting hole 36, and the claw part 34 is bent onto an inner side through the locking piece 32 to release a locking condition of the mounting hole 36 of the claw part 34 and a body panel 10 with the peripheral fringe part. Consequently, when compared with the case where the claw part 34 is directly bent on an inner side and locking is released from the peripheral fringe part of the mounting hole 36, size of an operation hole 22 for operating the operation piece 38 is reduced, and the operation hole 22 is made inconspicuous in its appearance to improve the appearance.
