SOLUTION: The highly weather-resistant elastic adhesive comprises (A) an acrylic polymer bearing a blocked hydroxy group and (B) an isocyanate prepolymer, where the acrylic polymer (A) has a blocked hydroxy group content of 1-5 mol/kg resin, a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000-100,000 and a glass transition temperature of 10-40°C and preferably the ratio of the hydroxy group in the acrylic polymer (A) to the isocyanate group in the isocyanate prepolymer (B) (hydroxy group/isocyanate group) is 0.8-1.3.
