Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin discriminating method for discriminating skin with the fluoroscopic intensity of horny layer cells as an index, a cosmetic selecting method based on the skin discriminating method, and a cosmetic presenting method using the methods. SOLUTION: In the skin discriminating method, the horny layer cells collected from the skin are irradiated with UV rays, so as to estimate the existence rate of β-sheet type keratin in the horny layer cells and/or to discriminate skin flexibility through the use of the fluoroscopic intensity with light emission by the UV rays. The cosmetic suitable for the discriminated skin flexibility is selected and the magnified image of the horny layer cells, which is used for discrimination, is presented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
