Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining an optical system for a power receiving and transforming facility coping with client's needs. SOLUTION: In the optimal system determination method for the power receiving and transforming facility, client's needs and a client's current power receiving and transforming facility are grasped. Various power receiving and transforming facilities are supposed and estimated based on the client's needs to decide the optimal system from the various kinds of power receiving and transforming facilities. Furthermore, in a step for supposing and estimating the various kinds of power receiving and transforming facilities, the client's needs are grasped regarding the selection of a transformer to prepare new supposed meter reading data. Then, load factors of respective transformers are measured based on the supposed meter reading data, to compute a power transforming loss from at least data containing the supposed meter reading data and the load factor, allowing the power receiving and transforming facility to be provided by a determination method for the transformer of an optimal combination based on the computed transforming loss.
