HYBRID INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid integrated circuit device capable of detecting the temperature of a heating element at higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A power element 11a for opening/closing a power supply line to an on-vehicle lamp, a control element 11b for controlling the power of the power element 11a, and a temperature detection element 11c for detecting temperature in the vicinity of the power element 11a, are mounted on an alumina substrate 12. In addition to power control for the power element 11a, the control element 11b enters temperature information detected by the temperature detection element 11c, and performs also correction operation for the temperature information.
