SOLUTION: Between a translucent part 7A of an operation body 7 and a non-translucent part 7D in which a cut-off part 7E of a prescribed shape is installed on its underside, the switching device in which various lights are enabled to be illuminated can be obtained and in which a display is hard to be seen in a state that it is bright at surroundings and a light-emitting element 5 has been switched off and the display can be visually confirmed clearly only in the case it is dark in the surroundings and the light-emitting element 5 has been emitting light by installing a translucent diffusion part 7B in which an unevenness part 7C is formed on an upper face.
