DISK DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling operation for loading and ejection of a disk in a disk device which opens and closes a cover by turning around a hinge. SOLUTION: When the cover 11 is in an open state, the disk is pushed in while the disk is supported at three points of intersections X1 and X2 of an aperture formed by a lower disk guide 21 energized to rise to a device main part 12 and an upper disk guide 22 energized to suspend on the cover 11, and a corner 23e of a back disk guide 23. When completing the pushing-in down to the mounting position of the disk 3 to a turntable 14a, the back disk guide 23 is locked by a latch mechanism 15a of a first sliding guide 15 such that the cover 11 can be shut in this state. When the cover 11 is operated to open, the back disk guide 23 is unlocked and the disk 3 can be pushed out to the position easily taking out the disk 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
