Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a service worker from accessing data of a processing computer or an operation interface anonymously. SOLUTION: A first computer 3 for operating a printer 9 can be accessed only from a manufacturer or a second computer 1 of a maintenance company. The second computer 1 is provided with an authentication apparatus storing access data on workers having access qualification. Before the worker identified by the authentication apparatus accesses the first computer 3, the access data on the worker is transmitted from the second computer to the first computer, and the display for identification of the worker is performed on a display device 16 connected to the first computer 3.
