RISK DISTRIBUTION ASSESSMENT DEVICE, RISK DISTRIBUTION ASSESSMENT METHOD AND RISK DISTRIBUTION ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk distribution assessment device which can be used for making a risk distribution contract between not only business subjects having reverse directional risks but also business subjects having same directional risks. SOLUTION: A risk distribution assessment device 1 is provided with a weather risk assessment means 11 for assessing the weather risk of a business subject where weather fluctuation in a certain period in a year becomes the factor of revenue fluctuation and a risk distribution assessment means 12 for assessing risk quantity which can be distributed between the business subject and the other business subject based on the weather risk assessed by the weather risk assessment means 11. In this case, the weather risk assessment means 11 assesses the fixed rate of the fluctuation risk of business revenues due to the weather fluctuation of each business subject (the standard deviation of the probability distribution of the business revenues of each business subject to be calculated based on the past result data of each business subject and the weather data of the business area of each business subject) as the weather risk based on the past result data of each business subject and the weather data of the business area of each business subject.
