Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction material sticking metallic belt used for a transmission part and a brake pad part of driving force of a vehicle such as a clutch plate, and used for a part having a friction material on a surface. SOLUTION: This friction material sticking metallic belt is imparted with 0.02 to 1 g/m2of resin on a metallic belt. In the friction material sticking metallic belt, the metallic belt is set to 0.06 mass% or less of C, and is desirably set to 0.01 to 0.55 mass% of C content. In the friction material sticking metallic belt, the resin is formed of one kind or two kinds or more among epoxy-based resin, urethane-based resin, phenol-based resin, polyester-based resin, acrylic resin and melamine-based resin.
