Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device of a motorcycle capable of increasing the capacity of an air cleaner box, enhancing the versatility of the arrangement of an intake duct, and maintaining the strength and the rigidity of a motorcycle frame when the intake duct is arranged. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle having an intake device 80 to store a throttle body 48 on a lower part in an air cleaner box 29A, a coupling part 43 of the air cleaner box 29A with an intake duct 60L to introduce traveling air into the air cleaner box 29A overlaps the throttle body 48 in side view of the motorcycle.
