Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving cutter capable of finishing and machining an involute toothed internal gear tooth flank finished at Hrc 50 to Hrc 62 in hardness by heat treatment. SOLUTION: It is possible to sufficiently improve interlocking point bearing so that completing precision is stabilized, a tooth part has sufficient rigidity and a cutting blade bites on the internal gear tooth flank by constituting the tooth part 8 and a main body 9 of the same kind of a super hard material and integrally structuring them on the round type shaving cutter 4 for finishing the tooth flank of the involute toothed internal gear. It is favorable that the cutting blade 5 of the tooth part 8 is made in an obtuse shape by giving a rake angle of more than -8° and less than -20°. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
