PRESSURE-BALANCED REACTION APPARATUS AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-balanced reaction apparatus having such a structure that the predetermined constitution can be kept without damaging a reaction vessel when a great pressure difference arises between the inside and outside of the reaction vessel since the operation is not controlled desirably or the reaction condition is changed, and to provide its operation method. SOLUTION: This pressure-balanced reaction apparatus has a double-vessel structure that the reaction vessel is arranged in a pressure-resistant vessel so that the first pressure in the reaction vessel is balanced with the second pressure in the space between the pressure-resistant vessel and the reaction vessel. A differential pressure gauge is arranged for detecting the differential pressure between the first pressure and the second pressure. A first pressure reducing line to communicate at least with the inside of the reaction vessel is arranged. A first pressure reducing means to be actuated on the basis of the value detected by the differential pressure gauge is arranged on the first pressure reducing line. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
