Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device with a simple configuration, capable of easily supplying an output used for detection of sensitivity deviation between channels, without irradiating light at the solid-state imaging device, when a signal is read from the solid state imaging device via a plurality of channels. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises an imaging means (101), composed of a plurality of photoelectric conversion devices arranged in two-dimensional form and for converting incident light into an electrical signal, a plurality of common read means (103-122, CTN, and CTS) for outputting a signal from a plurality of pixels one by one, voltage supply means (VCAL1 and VCAL2) for selectively outputting a plurality of different fixed voltages to each of the plurality of common read-out means, and a supply control means (533) for controlling an output timing used by the voltage supply means. The supply control means directs the voltage supply means, to output the fixed voltages to the plurality of common read-out means, when the signal is not read from the plurality of pixels.
