INFORMATION PROVISION SYSTEM, INFORMATION CENTER AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of improving the efficiency of a down load, an information center and a method for providing an information. SOLUTION: The information provision system 1 is composed of the information center 2 and a plurality of mobile communication terminals 3. The information center 2 changes the method for providing the specified information 10 previously requiring gains on the basis of the positional information of the mobile communication terminal 3a requiring the gains, the positional information of the other mobile communication terminal 3b which does not require the gains, and the information of a narrow-region communication area as a range capable of transmitting a specified information 10 in a narrow communication when the requirement of the gains is received regarding the specified information 10 from at least one of a plurality of the mobile communication terminals 3. The information center 2 selects either of the first to seventh provision methods, and provides the mobile communication terminal 3a previously requiring the gains with the specified information 10 in this case.
