COMMON MODE CHOKE COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil capable of suppressing the variation of the relative positional relation between a magnetic substance core and a magnetic member and reducing the variation of normal mode inductance. SOLUTION: The magnetic member 1 having relative permeability not less than 1 (e.g. 2-several tens) is provided between adjacent two bobbins 32 and 42. The part of the magnetic member 1 abutting on core members 50a, 50b is formed with a projection 2. When the magnetic member 1 and the core members 50a, 50b are assembled, the tip of the projection 2 is pressed and collapsed so that a fixed distance is secured between the magnetic member 1 and the core members 50a, 50b. Because the projection 2 is formed by resin forming, if the shape thereof is tapered, pressure on the core members 50a, 50b increases as the projection 2 is deformed. Therefore, the fixed distance between the magnetic member 1 and the core members 50a, 50b can be secured by controlling fitting forces of the core members 50a, 50b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
