Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cold-cathode type fluorescent lamp having excellent quality. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a cold-cathode type fluorescent lamp, after obtaining an electrode introduction pin 1 by cutting a plurality of tungsten wires 3 bound by a thermosetting resin 5, the thermosetting resin 5 attached to the electrode introduction pin 1 is removed; a bottom face 18 of a cup electrode 2 is laser-welded to a cut surface of the electrode introduction pin 1; the cup electrode 2 is inserted into a glass bulb 12; and an end of the glass bulb 12 is sealed by covering the electrode introduction pin 1 laser-welded to the bottom face 18 of the cup electrode 2.
