OPTICAL DISK RECORDING/REPRODUCING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording/reproducing apparatus which prevents the reduction of operation efficiency caused by an operation over specifications which occurs owing to a system state change. SOLUTION: The optical disk recording/reproducing apparatus is provided with: a control means 101 for outputting a system state; a sample speed output means 103 for outputting first to N-th most suitable sample speeds by analyzing the system state change; and first to N-th processing means 102 operated at the first to N-th most suitable sample speeds. The sample speed output means 103 changes the first to N-th most suitable sample speeds in accordance with the system state change to prevent the operation over specifications, and thus a high speed and power saving are realized to improve the operation efficiency.
