Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability and quickness of registration of new information in information providing service. SOLUTION: In registering new information to an information providing device, it is identified whether the registrant subscribes to the information providing service or not. When the registrant is a subscriber of the information providing service, the new information is registered, and the information providing service subscriber who has registered the new information is also recorded. Further, specified information providing service subscribers designated by the information providing service provider are made to determine whether or not newly registered information may be disclosed to the whole, the results are tabulated, and the information is laid to disclosure/nondisclosure based on the number of disclosure agreements or disclosure oppositions.
