Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in making decision about whether to go a laundromat or not to go there. SOLUTION: A server 4 stores positional information about locations of a plurality of laundromats. A person wanting to use a laundry machine 1 operates his/her own portable information terminal 7 to access the server 4 for transmitting positional information of the location of the portable information terminal 7 to the server 4 (B2). The server 4 searches for a laundromat matching the received positional information (B3). The server 4 transmits information showing information (availability information) whether there is any unused laundry machine 1 among the laundry machines installed in the searched laundromat to the portable information terminal 7 (B7).
