Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with a surface protective film, the optical film which has a surface protective film applied on its surface, which reduces peeling charges generating on peeling the surface protective film from the optical film, and which has no problem of contamination on the surface of the optical film after the surface protective film is peeled. SOLUTION: The optical film with a surface protective film has a surface protective film which comprises a base film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and which is applied on the surface of the optical film through the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the surface protective film. The surface of the optical film in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is subjected to activation treatment.
