Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove frost stacked on an outdoor heat exchanger without impairing comfortableness when nearly all or all indoor units of a cooling and heating free multitype system air conditioner are heated. SOLUTION: Hot heat is stored in a heat storage material by closing a low-pressure gas opening/closing valve SV2d in the opened state of the high-pressure gas opening/closing valve SV1d of the refrigerant circuit 60 of the air conditioner 6. When indoor units 67a, 67b, and 67c are heated, the high-pressure opening/closing valve SV1d is closed and the low-pressure gas opening/closing valve SV2d is opened, an outdoor heat exchanger 612 is operated as a condensing load by using the hot heat of the heat storage material.
