Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform desired behavior of a movable element by exactly control an excitation current of a solenoid valve. SOLUTION: The current control device for the solenoid drive valve is constituted such that an inclination angle of the movable element 20 or a parameter related to the inclination angle are detected and the excitation current of the electro-magnets 30, 32 is corrected in response to the detection value. The inclination angle can be determined from the measurement value obtained, for example, by measuring the maximum lift amount of a valve element 12 by a lift measuring means 42.
