SLURRY TREATING FACILITY OF SLURRY SHIELD CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND SHIELDING TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transport efficiency of slurry; and to simplify a slurry transport facility, by straightly treating slurry in the rear vicinity of a shield machine, by minimizing various facilities including a pipe for slurry treatment of a slurry shield construction method. SOLUTION: This slurry shield construction method excavates by the shield machine 1 in a state of filling the slurry in a cutting face of a tunnel; and comprises carriages 6, 7 and 8 arranged in the rear vicinity of the shield machine 1, and a slurry treating plant 10 mounted on these carriages 6, 7 and 8 and treating the slurry discharged together with excavation earth from the shield machine 1 by supplying the slurry to the shield machine 1. Since the slurry treating plant 10 is mounted on the carriages 6, 7 and 8 towed to the rear vicinity of the shield machine 1, the various facilities including the pipe for the slurry treatment is preferably minimized by only extending to the rear vicinity of the sheild machine 1. Since the slurry can be immediately treated in the rear vicinity of the shield machine 1, slurry transport efficiency is improved. The slurry transport facility can also be simplified.
