Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest device capable of easily setting an armrest in a position setting state or a position adjustable state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the armrest 41 provided with an operation part 43 and arranged on a side of a driver's seat 28, and a position adjusting mechanism 51 for supporting the armrest 41 so that a position in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction in relation to the driver's seat 31 may be adjusted. The position adjusting mechanism 51 is provided with a switching operation member 72 for switching the armrest 41 to the position setting state and the position adjustable state.
