WASHING METHOD AND WASHING DEVICE FOR HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE BUNDLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction of used amount of washing liquid, decrease of a washing mottle, reduction of damage to hollow fiber under washing and to suppress the inclusion of an endotoxin which is considered as a cause of pyrexia of a patient at the time of dialysis when a hollow fiber bundle is washed. SOLUTION: (1) A rotatable table is disposed in a washing device , (2) a washing box, which can house a plurality of hollow fiber membrane bundles and through which washing liquid can pass, can be provided on the rotatable table, (3) at least one nozzle which can eject the washing liquid is disposed at a central axis of the rotatable table, (4) a heater device which can heat the washing liquid is installed in the washing device, (5) by using the washing device for the hollow fiber membrane bundles, which device has the heater device capable of heating or reserving warmth inside the washing device, spun hollow fiber membrane bundles are radially arranged on the rotatable table in a centrifugal washing machine and the washing liquid is injected toward an end face of the hollow fiber membrane bundle from the nozzle installed near the rotation center while rotating the table.
