Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen an applicable range of a sample to be treated, lessen the amount of the sample used, prevent a deterioration in the sample with a lapse of time, and prevent mixture of a plurality of samples due to scattering in a microfluidic system. SOLUTION: The microfluidic system 100 is equipped with sample servers 4 storing a plurality of samples and having a sample outflow part, a plurality of sample introducing parts 14 communicating with the sample outflow part, a microchip 1 for carrying out prescribed treatment by supplying the samples to a treatment part 13 through a microchannel 10 and a sample supplying apparatus for supplying the samples in the sample servers 4 to the sample introducing parts 14 through the sample outflow part. The sample supplying apparatus is equipped with valves 18 for opening/closing a gap between the sample outflow part side of the sample servers 4 and the sample introducing part side of the microchip 1 and a pressure apparatus 15 which applies pressure when the valves 18 are open to the samples in the sample servers 4 to push out the samples to the sample introducing part 14.
