TAXI DISPATCH SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi dispatch system which allows a taxi to be dispatched by automatically detecting location information of a customer. SOLUTION: The taxi dispatch system comprises a central processing unit, a plurality of mobile stations connected by wireless lines, and an information terminal device connected to the central processing unit through a transmission line, and the central processing unit has a dynamic location information database obtained by properly collecting dynamic location information of the plurality of mobile stations in a polling system and a customer information database which is obtained from the information terminal device and includes at least location information of the information terminal device. The central processing unit is so configured that a mobile station capable of being dispatched out of the plurality of mobile stations is selected in response to a dispatching request from the information terminal device on the basis of the customer information database and the dynamic location information database and the selected mobile station is instructed to be dispatched.
