Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign the amount of charge pairs produced along a trajectory of alpha rays, to meshes having an arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: A simulation device 100 for simulating the amount of charge pairs produced along the trajectory is provided with; an element selection part 200 which divides an area to be simulated into a plurality of elements by nodes and selects an element relating to the trajectory from the plurality of elements on the basis of the trajectory; and a physical quantity calculation part 300 which divides an area within the element selected by the element selection part 200 to generate an area belonging to each node as a control volume and calculates a physical quantity generated by the trajectory within the control volume. Especially, faces segmenting respective mesh areas of meshes having an arbitrary shape as elements are listed as "faces constituting elements", and intersections between "faces constituting elements" and the trajectory are obtained, and properties of the intersections are discriminated to simulate the physical quantity produced along the trajectory.
